Fillets of Flounder with Dill

2 pounds of fillers of flounder or other white fish
1 cup of nonfat plain yogurt
3 tablespoons of low sodium mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of white wine
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of snipped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder

Arrange fillets in shallow oiled baking dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over all. Bake at 350ºF. for 35 minutes. You may add sautéed mushrooms and white grapes. 6 servings
