| Fillets of Flounder with Dill
2 pounds of fillers of flounder or other white fish 1 cup of nonfat plain yogurt 3 tablespoons of low sodium mayonnaise 1 tablespoon of white wine 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of snipped fresh dill 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder |

Arrange fillets in shallow oiled baking dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over all. Bake at 350ºF. for 35 minutes. You may add sautéed mushrooms and white grapes. 6 servings
