| Grilled Trout
2 trout 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1/4 cup of olive oil 2 tablespoons of sherry 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 garlic clove, crushed 1/4 teaspoon of sage
Brush trout inside and outside with some of the lemon juice. Mix well all ingredients (except trout). Place trout in a small container, pour marinade over trout and refrigerate for 1 hour. Place trout on oiled grill and cook until done (about 15 minutes, turning once). Baste frequently with marinade. Serves 2. |
