| Grilled Tuna with Wasabi
2 tuna steaks
1 teaspoon of wasabi
1 teaspoon of water
1 tablespoon of white wine
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of heavy cream
Grill tuna 4 minutes on each side for 1 inch thick steaks Mix wasabi and water to form a paste. Add all other ingredients, mix well. Pour sauce over grilled tuna steaks and serve. Serves 2. |
