| Grilled Tuna w/Salsa
1 pound of tuna steaks juice of 1 lime 1 clove garlic, chopped ground pepper 2 tablespoons of olive oil salsa |

Marinate tuna in lime juice, garlic and pepper for 2 hours. Brush with olive oil and grill about 5 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with tomato or mango salsa. Serves 4
