| Baked Haddock #2
4 haddock filets 1/2 cup of butter, melted 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon of ground chili peppers 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 1 garlic clove, minced
Set oven to 375ºF Mix salt, pepper, and garlic together thoroughly and rub on both sides of fish filets. Place in a buttered shallow baking dish. Combine butter, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over fish. Bake for 30 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. Baste with butter mixture 2-3 time during baking. Serves 4.
