| Baked Haddock w/Tomato Sauce
1 1/2 pounds of Haddock fillets 1 Onion, sliced 1 small green pepper 7 ounce can of tomato sauce 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt a dash of pepper
Pour about 1/2 tomato sauce into deep, buttered pan, add tightly rolled fillets. Cover with sliced green pepper, onions, salt and pepper, and balance of tomato sauce. Dot generously with butter. Bake in moderate oven (350ºF.) for 25-30 minutes. Serves 4.
