Baked Halibut #2

1 pound of halibut
2 stalks of celery, cut up
8 ounces of carrots, cut up
1 tablespoon of dried onion flakes
1/2 envelope of MBT Vegetable broth
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup of water
1/2 to a 4 ounce can of mushrooms, and liquid

Cook all ingredients, except the fish, for about 8 minutes, until the liquid has cooked down some and the vegetables are half cooked. Place the fish in the bottom of a casserole dish, pour the vegetables and liquid over the fish and bake uncovered at 350ºF. for 20 minutes. Sprinkle paprika on top and bake for 10 to 15 minutes longer. This recipe will serve 2 for dinner only. Also freezes well.
