| Halibut with Mushrooms
1 pound of fresh or frozen halibut, thawed or other fish steaks, cut 1 inch thick 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, melted seasoning salt 1 1/2 cups of sliced fresh mushrooms 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine 1/4 cup of whipping cream 1/4 teaspoon of dried dillweed Lemon wedges
Rinse fish and pat dry. Arrange in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake, uncovered, at 450ºF for 8 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. In a skillet, sauté mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of hot butter over medium high heat for 3 minutes. Stir in cream and dillweed. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly thickened. Serve over fish, garnish with lemon wedges. Makes 4 servings
