| Lemon Perch
1/4 cup of butter 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of dill weed 1 pound of perch fillets
Melt butter in skillet; stir in lemon juice and seasonings. Place fish in skillet, skin side down; cook 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat. Turn; continue cooking until fish flakes with fork. Serve butter mixture over fish. Serves 4. |
