Orange Roughy

4 Orange roughy fillets
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
1 Bag (6 oz) crushed thin Potato chips

Sprinkle fillets with garlic powder; set aside. Place cooking oil in one bowl & crushed chips in another. Dip each fillet in oil then coat with chips & place on greased broiler pan.
