Instructions
In a large skillet, preferably non stick. Sauté the fish in oil until it flakes easily with a fork, remove and keep warm. Stir green onions, garlic & ginger in remaining oil in skillet. Sauté for 30seconds add bamboo shoots, soy sauce and red pepper. Heat through. Spoon over fish. Serve immediately. Yields: 2 Servings
