Orange Roughy Oriental
Orange Roughy Oriental

3/4 pounds of Orange Roughy Fillets
1/2 tablespoon of vegetable Oil
1/2 cup of Julienned Green Onion Strips
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of gingerroot
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
a pinch of red pepper flakes
1/2 cup of bamboo shoots, drained

Instructions
In a large skillet, preferably non stick. Sauté the fish in oil until it flakes easily with a fork, remove and keep warm. Stir green onions, garlic & ginger in remaining oil in skillet. Sauté  for 30seconds add bamboo shoots, soy sauce and red pepper.  Heat through. Spoon over fish. Serve immediately. Yields: 2 Servings
