| | Pike Fillets in Grape Leaves
one 9 ounce jar of grape leaves , washed and drained four 7 ounce pike fillets Olive oil for lubricating fish and greasing fish basket Minced fresh parsley for garnish Greek Olives for garnish
Layer grape leaves, dull side up, on the bottom of a prepared double hinged fish basket. Arrange pike fillets over leaves. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle wit parsley and chives. Cover with a layer of grape leaves and secure basket.
Grill 7 - 10 minutes and turn basket over. Continue grilling about 3 minutes or until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork. Remove fish and grapes to individual serving dishes. Serve with lemon slices and sprinkle with Greek olives. Yield 4 servings |
