| Tuna for Two
one 2 ounce can of sliced mushrooms, drained 1/4 cup of sliced green onion 1/4 teaspoon of dill weed 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or wine one 7 1/2 ounce can of semi condensed cream of mushroom soup with wine one 6 1/2 or 7 ounce can of tuna, drained and flaked 1 tablespoon o f chopped pimento one 10 ounce package of broccoli spears, cooked and drained 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
Sauté mushrooms, onion, and dill weed in butter in a saucepan. Stir in lemon juice, soup, tuna, and pimento. Arrange broccoli spears in 2 or 3 individual casseroles. Spoon tuna mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered, at 350ºF. for 20 minutes or until heated through. 2 or 3 servings
