1 pound of lean ground beef 3 tablespoons of chopped onion 1 egg 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of sugar 3 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder one 10 - 12 ounce package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed 4 packages (10 per package) of refrigerated buttermilk biscuits Preheat oven to 375ºF. Mix ground beef with onion, egg, salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger powder. Drain spinach well, add to meat mixture and blend thoroughly with a fork. Separate biscuits. Flatten and thin each with fingertips. Put 1 tablespoon of filling in center of each biscuit. Bring sides together to form a half moon shape and pinch tightly to seal. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until nicely browned. Serve hot. Makes 40
