| Filled Biscuit Hors D'Oeuvres
1 pound of lean ground beef 3 tablespoons of chopped onion 1 egg 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of sugar 3 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder one 10 - 12 ounce package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed 4 packages (10 per package) of refrigerated buttermilk biscuits |

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Mix ground beef with onion, egg, salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger powder. Drain spinach well, add to meat mixture and blend thoroughly with a fork. Separate biscuits. Flatten and thin each with fingertips. Put 1 tablespoon of filling in center of each biscuit. Bring sides together to form a half moon shape and pinch tightly to seal. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until nicely browned. Serve hot. Makes 40
