Pan-Seared Porterhouse Steaks with Bobby's Steak Sauce

PAN SEARED STEAKS
4 Porterhouse steaks; cut thick
Salt and freshly ground
BOBBYS STEAK SAUCE
1/4 cup of Ketchup
3/4 cup of  Horseradish
2 tablespoons of Honey
3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons of Maple syrup; or to taste
1/4 cup of  Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of Ancho chile powder
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

How to Prepare the Steak: 1. Heat two 12-inch cast-iron skillets over high heat. 2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper to taste. Add the steaks and saute until golden brown on one side. 3. Turn over and repeat. Cook to desired doneness; 6 to 7 minutes for rare, 9 to 12 minutes for medium, and 12 to 15 minutes for well done. 4.
