Angelini Grill Bruschetta

2 Ripe plum tomatoes
3 Leaves fresh basil
5 ml Chopped fresh parsley
44 4/11 ml Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Crusty Italian rolls
1 cloves Garlic, cut in half

Finely chop the tomatoes and basil. Mix them in a bowl with parsley and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cut the rolls in half. Toast them under a hot broiler for a few minutes, until nicely golden. Remove from oven, and rub the toasted side generously with the cut side of the garlic clove.
