| Applesauce Barbecue Sauce
1 cup of thinly sliced onion
3 tablespoons of Butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of catsup
2 cups of Applesauce
1 teaspoon of salt |

Place onions and butter in a deep, 1 1/2-quart, heat- resistant, non-metallic casserole. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 2 minutes or until onion is tender. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, applesauce and salt. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 7 minutes or until sauce is bubbly. Makes 3 cups
