Carolina BBQ Rub

Carolina BBQ Rub 2 tablespoons of  salt 2 tablespoons of sugar 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 2 tablespoons of ground cumin 2 tablespoons of chili powder 2 tablespoons of freshly ground black pepper 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper 1/4 cup of paprika Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well; use as a dry rub on beef, chicken, lamb or pork.
