| All Purpose Grilling Sauce
1 onion, chopped 1 tablespoon of butter, melted 1/2 cup of vinegar 1 cup of tomato juice 1 cup of tomato sauce 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 cup of brown sugar 1 teaspoon of dry mustard 1 teaspoon of paprika |
| Sauté chopped onions in butter over low heat. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 2 cups. Use as a sauce for meat or chicken. May also be used as a marinade or brush on when grilling. This recipe yields eight 1/4-cup servings.
