| Turkey Gravy
4 tablespoons of pan drippings from turkey 3 tablespoons of all purpose flour 2 1/2 cups of turkey stock 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Combine pan drippings and flour smoothly. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until bubbly. Add stock all at once and cook, stirring briskly with wire whisk until mixture boils. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 2 1/2 cups
