Chips and Lips

Recipe By : Creepy Cuisine, Lucy Munroe
Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00
Categories : Halloween Main

-------- ------------ --------------------------------
6 English muffins
8 ounces of mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 medium tomatoes

Separate English muffins into halves. Arrange halves on a cookie sheet, rough side up. Place a layer of shredded cheese on each muffin half. Cut the tomatoes in half and use a teaspoon to scoop out the pulp. Use a knife or a pair of clean scissors to cut out the outlines of pairs of lips from the tomato skins. Place a pair of lips, shiny side up, on each muffin half. Then place the cookie sheet under the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cheese begins to brown. Remove from the broiler and place 1 or 2 muffin halves on each plate. To round out your meal, add some tasty skin peelings (potato chips), and drizzle lightly with ketchup blood!
