| Sausage Appetizers
3 cups of biscuit mix
1 pound of bulk hot sausage, uncooked
1 pound of shredded cheddar cheese |

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Shape loosely into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF. for 12 - 15 minutes. Serve hot.
