| Smoked Salmon Ball
1 pound can of salmon 8 ounces of cream cheese 2 tablespoons of grated onion 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon of Tabasco 1 tablespoon of horseradish 1 tablespoon of liquid smoke Nuts, finely chopped Parsley flakes |

Drain the salmon and remove skin and bones. Flake and combine with cream cheese, onion, salt, lemon juice, Tabasco, horseradish, and liquid smoke. Form into a ball. Pat nuts and parsley on cheese ball until well coated. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill. Serve with crackers.
