| | Smoked Salmon Ball
1 pound can of salmon 8 ounces of cream cheese 2 tablespoons of grated onion 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon of Tabasco 1 tablespoon of horseradish 1 tablespoon of liquid smoke Nuts, finely chopped Parsley flakes
Drain the salmon and remove skin and bones. Flake and combine with cream cheese, onion, salt, lemon juice, Tabasco, horseradish, and liquid smoke. Form into a ball. Pat nuts and parsley on cheese ball until well coated. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill. Serve with crackers. |
