| Stuffed Cherry Tomato Hors D'Oeuvres
30 good sized cherry tomatoes 4 1/2 ounce can of deviled ham 3/4 cup of grated Swiss cheese, divided 1/2 cup of finely chopped pimento stuffed olives 1 tablespoon of minced onion |

Rinse and dry tomatoes. Slice off tips, scoop out pulp and drain shells upside down on paper towels. In a small mixing bowl, stir together the deviled ham, 1/2 cup of cheese, olives and onion. Spoon into tomato shells, sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Best serves shortly after making. Makes 30 hors d'oeuvres..
