| After Dinner Coffee
1/4 cup of white crème de cacao 1/4 cup of amaretto 1/4 cup of light rum 1/4 cup of whipping cream 1 1/2 teaspoons of powdered sugar 3 cups of strong hot coffee, sweetened to taste ground cinnamon |

Combine crème de cacao, amaretto and rum, set aside. Beat whipping cream until foamy, add powdered sugar, and beat mixture until soft peaks form. Pour 3 tablespoons of liqueur mixture into each of 4 mugs. Add 3/4 cup of coffee t each mug. Top each with whipped cream, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Yield 4 servings
