| Apricot Toddy
1/2 cup of finely chopped dried apricots 1/2cup of bourbon 2 cups of water 1/4 cup of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of sugar 1/2 cup of apricot brandy |
| Combine the apricots and bourbon, let stand for 2 hours. Do not drain. Combine the water, lemon juice and sugar in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, stir in apricot mixture and brandy. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Yield 3 1/4 cups
