| Coffee Liqueur
3 1/2 cups of sugar 1/3 cup of instant coffee 2 cups of water 1 fifth of vodka 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon of vanilla |

Combine coffee, sugar, and water. Heat until dissolved, cool. Add vodka and vanilla. Pour into half gallon glass container. Age two weeks. Use as is for Kahlua or serve mixed with milk.
