| Coffee Punch Royal
1/2 ounce jar of instant coffee 2 cups of boiling water 2 cups of sugar 2 quarts of light cream 1 cup of carbonated water 1 cup of brandy 1 cup of bourbon 1 pint of heavy cream, whipped
Dissolve coffee and sugar in boiling water. Chill. Place a block of ice in punch bowl. Pour chilled liquid, light cream, carbonated water, brandy and bourbon over ice. Top with whipped cream. Makes 4 1/2 quarts or 36 1/2 cup servings. |
