| Lime Julip
1 cup of lime juice 1 cup of sugar 4 cups of unsweetened pineapple juice 1 quart of gingerale |

Combine the lime juice and sugar in sauce pan. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Add pineapple juice and stir well, and set off heat to cool. At serving time add gingerale and pour over crushed ice. Serve with a slice of lime on glass. Yield 12 servings
