| 6 Weeks Bran Muffins
15 ounce box of Raisin Bran cereal 3 cups of sugar 5 cups of flour 5 teaspoons of soda 1 teaspoon of salt 4 eggs, beaten 1 cup of vegetable oil 1 quart of buttermilk |

Mix cereal, sugar, flour, soda and salt in a large bowl. Add egg, oil and milk. Store in a covered container in refrigerator and use when needed. Batter will keep up to 6 weeks. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 ºF. for 15 - 20 minutes.
