| Sour Cream Muffins
2 cups of self rising flour 1 cup of sour cream 2 sticks butter, melted |

Stir sour cream into flour. Add melted butter. Bake in regular or tiny greased muffin tins at 400ºF. for 15 minutes. These muffins freeze well. Reheat at 300 to 325ºF.
