1 baked Yule Log Cake
2 sticks of butter
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon of instant coffee
1 teaspoon of water
Beat the butter until fluffy. Beat in sugar and cocoa. Dissolve coffee in water and beat into butter mixture. when you unroll the cake spread with 3 or 4 tablespoons of Mocha Cream and top this with frozen topping. Reroll lengthwise using towel to help roll. Place on serving plate seam side down. Frost log with remaining Mocha Butter Cream. Make bark designs in frosting with fork or spatula. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar. Refrigerate.ºF.
