| Elmer Fudpacker Cake
Cake:
one 18 ounce box of Orange Supreme cake mix
1/2 cup of oil
one 3 1/2 ounce box of vanilla instant pudding
1/4 cup of vodka
1/4 cup of apricot nectar
1/4 cup of apricot brandy
4 eggs
Fudpucker Topping:
1 cup of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of apricot nectar
2 tablespoons of vodka
2 tablespoons of apricot brandy
Combine all cake ingredients, using cake and pudding mixes dry, and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into a well greased and lightly floured Bundt pun. Bake at 350ºF. for 45 - 50 minutes. Mix topping ingredients and heat. Pour over hot or cooled cake
