| Seven Up Cake
Cake: one 18 ounce lemon cake mix one 3 1/2 ounce box of instant lemon pudding mix 1/4 cup of oil 4 eggs one 10 ounce 7 up Icing: 1 1/2 cups of sugar 3 tablespoons of flour 2 eggs 1 stick of margarine one 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple one 3 1/2 ounce can of coconut 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
Beat eggs and oil together, blend in mixes and add 7 up last. Pour into 3 greased and floured pans and bake at 350ºF. for 20 minutes. Icing: Combine the sugar, flour, slightly beaten eggs, margarine and drained pineapple in sauce pan. Cook over low heat until thickens. Add coconut and nuts. Frost tops and sides of layers.
