| White Icing
1 cup (4 ounces/125g) of confectioners' (icing) sugar 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract 4 - 5 teaspoons of milk
In a small bow, combine the confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Stir in enough of the milk to thin the icing to the desired consistency. Makes about 1/2 cup. Great to decorate cookies, cakes and coffee cakes. Add more milk for a thin glaze for drizzling over cakes and coffee cakes.
