Buck Eyes














Buck Eyes

1 cup of butter
2 cups of powdered sugar
2 cups of creamy peanut butter
one 12 ounce package of chocolate morsels

Melt butter and peanut butter in sauce pan. Add sugar and stir until melted and smooth. Refrigerate 1 hour. Form into small balls and return to refrigerator for 2 hours. Melt chocolate morsels. Spear each ball with toothpick and dip into melted chocolate. Place on waxed paper, to set. Store in refrigerator.
