Cherry Nut Fudge














Cherry Nut Fudge

one 5.3 ounce can of evaporated milk
1 2/3 cups of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of miniature marshmallows
one 6 ounce bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
1/2 cup of glazed cherries, optional

Mix the milk, sugar and salt in saucepan. Cook over low heat to boiling. Boil 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate morsels, and stir well until melted. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into a buttered 9 x 5 inch pan and cool. Cut into squares.
