| Chocolate Bourbon Balls
6 ounces of semisweet chocolate morsels 1/2 cup of bourbon 3 tablespoons of light corn syrup 2 1/2 cups of vanilla wafer crumbs 1/2 cup of sifted powdered sugar 1 cup of finely chopped nuts
Melt the chocolate in top of double broiler. Remove from heat, stir in bourbon and syrup. In separate bowl combine and mix well the crumbs, powdered sugar and chopped nuts. Add to chocolate mixture and mix well. Let stand for 30- 40 minutes. Form into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Keep in refrigerator in air tight container.
