| Supreme Rocky Road
12 ounces of chocolate chips 2 sticks of butter 4 cups of sugar 1 1/2 cups of evaporated milk 1 bag of miniature marshmallows 2 cups of nuts 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Spread 1/2bag of marshmallows on tray, freeze. In large bowl, cut butter into small pieces, stir in chocolate chips. Set aside. Bring to a boil the sugar, milk and remaining 1/2 bag of marshmallows. Boil rapidly for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over chocolate chips and butter, stir until thick. Add nuts, vanilla and frozen marshmallows. Pour into buttered 8 x 12 inch pan.
