| Tempting Truffles
4 cups of powdered sugar 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened five 1 ounce squares of unsweetened chocolate, melted 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1 cup of toasted almonds, finely chopped 1 cup of powdered sugar, sifted
Soften cream cheese and gradually add sugar. Mix well after each addition. Add chocolate and vanilla. Mix well. Place in refrigerator to chill for 2 hours. Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll each ball in almonds and powdered sugar.
