Turtles
1 package of candy caramels squares 1 tablespoon of butter 1 tablespoon of water 1 cup of chopped pecans one 6 ounce package of semi sweet chocolate chips 1/2 block paraffin |

Melt the caramels with butter and water in the top of a double broiler. Add nuts. Drop by teaspoons onto a buttered cookie sheet to cool. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in the top of a double broiler. When thoroughly blended dip cooled caramels in chocolate to cover completely. Place on wax paper to cool. Store in cooled place.
