Candy Mint Nuts


Candy Mint Nuts

1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of light corn syrup
1/4 cup of water
6 marshmallows, quartered
1/4 teaspoon essence of peppermint
3 cups of pecans

Boil sugar, syrup and water for 1 minute. Add marshmallows and peppermint. When all is dissolved, add nuts. Turn out on waxed paper.
