| Cocktail Spiced Pecans
6 tablespoons of butter
1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound of shelled pecans
Preheat oven to 325ºF. melt butter and add sauce and garlic. Heat briefly. Scatter pecans in one layer and stir to cover nuts with mixture. Bake 20 - 30 minutes, stirring often.
