Creamy Cheese Squares

1 box of yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter or margarine
3 eggs
1 cup of chopped nuts
one 1 pound box of powdered sugar
8 ounces of cream cheese

Melt the butter and stir into cake mix. Add one egg and nuts. The mixture will be crumbly. Press into a greased 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 eggs until creamy. Pour over layer in pan and bake at 350ºF. for 30 - 40 minutes. Cut into bars. Very rich. Yield 24
