Peanut Butter Cookie

Peanut Butter Cookie

2 sticks of margarine or butter
1 cup of creamy peanut butter
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of soda

Melt margarine and peanut butter. Stir in sugars and eggs, mix well. Mix flour and soda and stir into peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Chill for 1 hour. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten cookies with fork to make cross design. Bake at 350ºF. for 8- 12 minutes.
