Peanutty Chocolate Cookie

1 stick of margarine
3 squares of unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 cups of sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups of sifted flour
1 cup of salted peanuts

Combine the margarine and chocolate in sauce pan over low heat. Stir until melted. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each. Stir in flour and nuts. Place dough in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF. for 12 - 15 minutes. Makes 4 dozen
