| Old Fashioned Refrigerator Cookie
3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 sticks of margarine
1 1/4 cup of sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together. Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Add flour mixture, mix well and add vanilla and nuts. Roll in 2 inch diameter rolls. Wrap in waxed paper, refrigerate until firm. Cut, place on cookie sheet and bake at 375ºF. for 8 minutes.
