| Scotch Shortbread
2 sticks of margarine 1/2 cup of powdered sugar 2 cups of flour
Cream butter, gradually add sugar. Combine the flour and stir into creamed mixture. Roll on lightly floured surface 1/4 inch thick. Cut, place on cookie sheet and prick tops with fork. Bake at 350ºF. for 20 - 25 minutes. Yield 30 cookies
