| Cranberry Snacks
2 cups of raw cranberries, chopped 1 package of artificial sweetener 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1 envelope of gelatin, unflavored 3/4 cup of boiling water
Stir sweetener and cinnamon into cranberries. Sprinkle gelatin over water and stir until dissolved. Add to cranberries. Mix well and pour into shallow 6x10-inch pan. Chill until firm. Cut into slices 1x2-inches. Store in refrigerator. One serving (5 slices) = 1/2 fruit exchanges. 20 calories.
