| Spiced Cranberry Cocktail
2 cups of low calorie cranberry juice 3 whole cloves 1 stick cinnamon 2 tablespoons of liquid sugar substitute 1/3 cup of orange juice 1/4 cup of lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon of salt |

Combine cranberry juice, spices and sugar substitute. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; remove spices. Add orange juice, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well. Chill prior to serving.
Yield: 5 (1/2 cup servings). Exchanges: 1/2 fruit. Calories 20 - 100 = 6-0-0 (C, P, F). Low sodium (3-4 gm Na): Omit salt. Low cholesterol: OK.
